Native. Each of the 8 integrations is a direct, two-way connector built and maintained by Go4whatsup. You sign in to the partner system once during onboarding (OAuth where supported), and the connection persists with no Zapier task limits, no failure points in the middle, and no monthly Zapier bill stacked on top.

How long does it take to connect one of these integrations?

5-15 minutes for the connection itself. Most live within the same day once your team identifies which events to sync (orders, leads, tickets, etc.). Onboarding includes one assisted setup call to wire your first 2-3 use cases — so you don't have to read the docs on day one.

What if my system isn't on the list of 8 native integrations?

Two paths. (1) REST API + webhooks — almost every modern SaaS can talk to Go4whatsup via standard HTTP. Our docs show the patterns. (2) Custom integration scoped during onboarding for Enterprise plans. Tell us what system; we'll either point at the API patterns or quote a buildout.

Does data flow both ways or only one way?

Two-way for all 8 native integrations. Events from the partner system (new lead, new order, paid invoice, shipped) push into WhatsApp. Events from WhatsApp (replies, opt-outs, new contacts, completed flows) push back into the partner system. Your CRM is the source of truth; Go4whatsup is the channel layer.

Will the integration survive when the partner updates their API?

Yes. Go4whatsup maintains each integration as the partners update their APIs — if Shopify or HubSpot ships a breaking change, we update the connector and your team sees zero disruption. Failure alerts go to your admin email if anything degrades.

Is there a separate cost for integrations?

No. All 8 native integrations are included in the standard plan — no per-integration fee, no event count limit, no add-on charge. WhatsApp messaging follows Meta's per-conversation pricing as standard.
