Are these Go4whatsup's actual published rates?
Yes — pulled directly from our public pricing page. The numbers in the calculator and the numbers on your invoice are the same. If our pricing page changes, this calculator updates within 24 hours.
Is Service really free in every region?
Yes. When a customer messages you first (a service conversation), there's no per-conversation charge in any of the 32 regions above. No monthly cap either. Most teams' inbound volume runs entirely free, which is why our customer-support-heavy users see surprisingly small bills.
What's a "conversation" exactly?
A 24-hour messaging window with one customer. If you send 10 marketing messages to the same person within 24 hours, it counts as ONE marketing conversation. The customer can reply unlimited times within that window with no extra fee.
Why are Utility and Authentication priced the same?
Both are transactional — order confirmations, OTPs, appointment reminders. We bundle them into one rate tier so you don't have to maintain a complex template-classification workflow. Whichever category a template falls into, you pay the same per conversation.
