- No Refund for Number Blocked by Meta:
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if your WhatsApp Business number is blocked by Meta. This is because account blocks are managed solely by Meta, and Go4Whatsup has no control over their enforcement policies. We encourage users to follow Meta’s guidelines carefully to minimize such risks. - No Refund for Subscription Cancellation:
Refunds will not be provided if you decide to cancel your subscription during its active term. You can, however, continue using our services until the end of the subscription period. - No Refund for Technical Issues Originating from Meta:
Any disruptions or technical difficulties arising from Meta’s side, such as server downtime or API changes, are beyond our control, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. - Refunds for Issues Related to Our Platform:
Refunds will only be considered if a problem directly related to Go4Whatsup’s platform or services affects your experience and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Examples include:- Non-delivery of promised features listed in your subscription plan.
- Prolonged service disruptions due to our platform’s technical issues.
- Errors caused during account setup or onboarding due to Go4Whatsup’s processes.
Refund requests for such scenarios will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after a detailed review by our team.
